We took a cookie-cutter builder-grade home and transformed it into a magazine-ready family home that feels luxurious and organic but recalls its coastal location. While the home was dated, we kept the Spanish influences to maintain a timeless base for the show-stopped elements that we added. The kitchen is the real feature with statement tumbled marble and understated color on the cabinets. We meticulously worked through the plumbing and hardware to ensure that every touchpoint in the room feels meaningful.

Previously an unused space, the front room was reimagined into a sophisticated gathering space that sets the tone for the rest of the house. Punctuated by a dramatic stone fireplace, the triptych art adds personality. In the powder bath, we designed a floating wood vanity, statement tile, and more elevated touchpoints to create a favorite space in the house.
